(1) Vendor needs to provide applicant identity verification solution. Machine–learning/AI powered tool to detect and flag potentially fraudulent applications (Optional). Fraud scoring model must be explainable and auditable if included. Verification portal must support document/image (pdf, jpg, heic, png) uploads, identity checks, and secure communication. Must comply with accessibility standards and be mobile–friendly. Dashboard to review the status of ID verification requests. Option for staff to manually trigger an ID verification request if needed. Automation tools to reduce manual review. System must support role–based access control. Integration with existing admissions and/or financial aid workflows. Application submitted, verification required. Financial aid verification review required. Evaluation criteria submitted to SIS/CRM (customer relation management) as needed to trigger next step. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 2, 2026. (3) A contract term will be for two years.
