(1) Vendor needs to provide Apple hardware and software maintenance services. – Agency is seeking an Apple Authorized Service Provider to provide weekly on–site and remote maintenance and technical support for Apple and Macintosh staff computers, laptops, and servers housed. • Desktop and laptop maintenance and upgrades; • Software installation and upgrades, including OS testing and installation; • Networking and access (in conjunction with IT staff); • Server maintenance, patching, and OS upgrades; • Cloud Offsite backup and disaster recovery (approximately 12TB, and expanding); • Remote connection to troubleshoot issues for staff working from home. – Software Support. Software support is conducted in conjunction with IT staff. – Additional services may be required outside of Routine Maintenance (defined above) for other projects, services, and emergencies. Emergency and Non–Routine Maintenance includes, but is not limited to: • Installation of new equipment • Repairs and restoration from backups • Software and hardware upgrades • Telephone support • Special projects and services (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
