A government authority in New Mexico is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive range of apparel, promotional products, and printing services to support district programs, schools, departments, athletics, events, and communications. Required services include the production, customization, and delivery of both branded and non-branded apparel such as t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, jackets, uniforms, hats, and similar garments. Vendors must also offer promotional items, branded merchandise, novelty items, giveaways, awards, and specialty or custom products, including memory boxes and other miscellaneous items as needed.

Additionally, the scope covers a broad selection of print services such as digital and offset printing, business cards, ticket books, forms, flyers, brochures, posters, athletic posters, and similar materials. Large-format printing is also required for banners and display materials, along with the production of signage such as yard signs, decals, window graphics and wraps, window films, and interior/exterior signage solutions. Application, mounting, or installation services may be necessary for certain visual communication products, contingent on district approval. The initial contract will be for one year, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by March 13, 2026.
