Vendor needs to provide antilock braking software for Diagnosis, Analysis, and Reporting. The software must support diagnostics for ABS systems from Bendix, WABCO, Haldex, Meritor, Knorr–Bremse, and other major agency. Core functional requirements include: reading and interpreting ABS fault codes (DTCs), retrieving live sensor data, event logs, and freeze frame data, performing bi–directional controls such as valve actuation and modulator tests, providing wiring diagrams and component–level diagnostics including wheel speed sensors and ECUs, and the ability to graph and trend sensor signals and waveform data. Protocol support must include J1939, J1708/J1587, OBD, CAN, and proprietary agency protocols. The contract period will be for one year.
