The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Ansys Government Initiatives for the provision of an ANSYS Government Initiatives Software license. This acquisition falls under NAICS code 513210 with the applicable Federal Supply Code (FSC) / Product Service Code (PSC) of 7A20, and will be executed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b).
