This is a Synopsis of Proposed Contract Action. This does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation to Bid, or a commitment, implied or otherwise. This notice is for a proposed contract, IAW FAR 5.201(b)(l), as implemented by FAR 6.302.1(a)(2), “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” The Air Force intends to award a Firm–Fixed–Price (FFP) contract to Ansys Government Initiatives, Inc.
