(1) Vendor needs to provide anonymous compliance and ethics reporting system.– Provide outsourced, anonymous, 24/7 reporting solution whereby individuals can submit concerns about potential ethical misconduct or non–compliance, or seek ethics or compliance guidance, in order to promote ethical conduct and meet regulatory requirements.– System should be vendor‑hosted (SaaS) and not require on‑premises or hybrid deployment.– Ability to identify oneself as the reporter or to remain anonymous.– Multiple reporting options, such as telephone, web, and smart device.– Trained intake personnel familiar with the higher education industry.– Translation services (include list of foreign languages outside of English)– Case Management Software.– Options for generating automated reports.– Reporting channels should include multiple platforms and capabilities, (such as web, telephone, and smart‑device interfaces), with trained intake personnel and standard multilingual translation services.– System should be capable of handling report volumes consistent with a large, public research university and be scalable with potential growth in submissions and user demand.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 9,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
