DESCRIPTION

The Ohio Air Quality Development Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to provide graphic design, layout, and related creative services for the development of its annual report, which is anticipated to be approximately 32 pages. The contractor will be responsible for concept development, report design and layout, creation of supporting graphics, incorporation of review comments, and preparation of final files for digital publication and print production. The awarded applicant will be expected to enter into the Authority’s standard Services Agreement.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a physical presence within the State of Ohio
  • Must be able to provide professional graphic design, layout, and production services for an approximately 32-page annual report
  • Must be able to provide print-ready PDF, web-optimized PDF, accessible PDF, and editable native files
  • Must adhere to Authority branding, quality, and accessibility requirements
  • Must be able to work cooperatively with other professional service providers engaged by the Authority
  • Must affirm compliance with Ohio Governor’s Executive Order 2022-02D regarding the prohibition of services from Russian institutions or companies
  • Must provide evidence of professional liability insurance
