The government authority in Richmond, Rhode Island is seeking a vendor to provide annual financial report services. The selected firm will assign an auditor to assess and express an opinion on the fair presentation of its basic financial statements, including government-wide and fund financial statements, as well as accompanying notes. The scope of work includes performing limited procedures, as required by generally accepted auditing standards, especially in relation to supplementary information that is mandated.
