The selected vendor will provide graphic design services for an agency’s annual financial report. Services include designing the report cover, divider pages, interior spreads, and the creation of charts and graphs that visually represent statistical data provided by the agency.
The final deliverable will be a full-color, professionally designed report of approximately 105 pages plus the cover, formatted for both digital and print-ready production and adhering to agency brand identity and guidelines. The designer will develop three distinct high-level cover and design options, from which the agency will choose a direction before finalizing divider pages, interior spreads, and visual data elements.
The scope also includes converting Microsoft Word and Excel data into formatted report pages and creating charts and graphs from agency-provided statistics. Editing and proofreading support must also be provided to ensure accuracy in grammar, consistency, and the elimination of typographical errors. The contract period for this service is two years.
