The government authority in Wentzville, Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to provide annual auditing services starting with the 2025–26 fiscal year. The engagement is expected to span three years, with the possibility of extending for an additional two years.
The selected auditor will be responsible for reviewing and examining bank statements, investment records, cash receipts and disbursement journals, the general ledger, budgets, school calendars, student activity transactions, transportation and attendance records, as well as teacher records including W-2s and payroll deductions. After the completion of the first audit, the authority will thoroughly review the audit documentation and evaluate the audit process. The audit will include test periods for cash receipts and disbursements.
Vendors are required to submit any questions regarding the RFP by March 20, 2026. The contract’s initial period will be for three years.
