The government authority located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania seeks qualified vendors to provide annual audit services. The selected firm will conduct an annual financial statement audit of the Health Choices program for the specified calendar year, adhering to all applicable professional standards and regulatory requirements, including government auditing standards.

The firm will render an independent auditor's opinion on the financial statements, as well as produce financial statements and related reports for management review. The scope of work also includes testing compliance with key contractual provisions from the Department of Human Services (DHS) that impact financial reporting.
