This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide animation video producer services to develop an induction video series. The scope of work includes leading and coordinating the entire development process, starting with a project kickoff meeting involving the Working Group, Engagement Team, HR, and ED Map stakeholders. The consultant will be responsible for crafting a comprehensive work plan with detailed timelines.

The selected vendor will facilitate workshops to co-create and prioritize core messages on topics such as intersectionality, equity, anti-racism, and power & privilege, ensuring scripts are both inclusive and accessible in Arabic and translated to English. The role also involves managing the review and validation process, collaborating closely with videographers and voice-over talent, maintaining consistency with branding and accessibility requirements, and overseeing final cut approvals.

Finally, the provider will assist in integrating the finished videos into organizational platforms such as GreenNet (serving both GPI and MENA sections) and supporting ongoing monitoring of their distribution and impact.
