(1) Vendor needs to provide animal licensing system and related services. Agency is interested in obtaining cloud–based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed for animal licensing and control. This platform will streamline the processes of animal licensing, registration, and renewal, while also improving compliance, animal safety, and community engagement. Basic System Requirements: System will license dogs, cats, and other animal types as specified by County such as pot belly pigs. System will have the ability to add new types of licenses should the need arise within the term of the Contract. System must store and cross–reference the datasets. Contractor, through System and related services, must send multiple notices on upcoming animal license renewals and past due accounts via email, text, and regular mail. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 5, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on March 4, 2026.
