(1) Vendor needs to provide animal care and control facility service to the government authority located in Jackson, GA.– Agency seeks to design and construct a new Animal Services Care and Control Facility to provide safe, humane housing and operational efficiency– Provide modern, durable, and sanitary housing for domestic animals (dogs and cats primarily).– Include secure intake, quarantine, adoption, and administrative areas.– Ensure efficient workflow between animal care, control, and public functions.– Incorporate energy–efficient, low–maintenance systems to minimize long–term operating costs.– Design with future expansion capacity and compliance with Georgia Department of Agriculture requirements (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 7, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
