The Office of Financial Planning & Budget in Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Anaplan system stabilization and optimization services. The primary goal of this engagement is to assess, stabilize, and enhance the current Anaplan ecosystem supporting the annual budget process.

The selected consultant will conduct a comprehensive system audit, identifying inefficiencies, data integration issues, and model performance concerns. The engagement includes delivering a findings report with recommendations, developing model maps, and documenting current and future state architectures. Key responsibilities involve executing system improvements and cleanup, enhancing user experience, dashboards, and reporting pages to improve overall performance and usability.

Additionally, the consultant will design and develop modules for the College’s annual budget development process, ensuring accurate data aggregation for the master Budget Book. Export-ready outputs must align with official requirements, and documentation of all changes, including architecture diagrams, data flows, formula logic, and an administrative user guide, is required to facilitate ongoing system maintenance.
