The vendor will provide integrated software for ambulance data collection, billing, and electronic health records (EHR) that supports EMS billing, financial reporting, analytics, and comprehensive management of electronic patient care reports. The required solution must enable uninterrupted service through backup systems and a disaster recovery plan, ensuring continuous operation and data integrity.

The system must facilitate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual accounting for all billing activities in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, and support electronic filing and deposit for Medicare, Medicaid, and other payments. The solution will include the complete management of the billing process from EMS response through to account closure. The electronic patient care reporting software should be ESO solutions or equivalent. The contract duration will be three years.
