An Ontario municipality is seeking a qualified vendor to produce video content commemorating the 25th anniversary of amalgamation between former agencies. The project consists of a twenty-minute documentary and a highlight video, showcasing key moments and the lasting impact of the amalgamation. To ensure a professional result, the vendor is required to use at least two cameras during filming.

In addition to the primary videos, the scope includes the creation of eight short promotional videos, each 30 to 60 seconds in length, designed for distribution across social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Themes for these cutdowns will be determined in collaboration with the municipality. The selected vendor will also deliver a curated package of high-quality visual assets for use on the agency's website.

All delivered materials must include closed captions, branding, appropriate title treatments, and must be consistent with the tone and messaging of the main documentary. Videos need to be provided in high-resolution 4K as well as web-optimized formats like MP4, and must be cleared for unlimited municipal use in web, social media, and promotional contexts. Questions regarding the project must be submitted by February 26, 2026.
