(1) Vendor needs to provide AIS replacement and citizen relationship management tool.– Guide the development and integration of systems that enhance efficiency, interoperability and scalability within agency existing and future technological framework.– Solution shall enable users to generate custom report dynamically based on selected criteria– Solution must allow hybrid (both paper & online) submission of application forms.– Solution must allow agency staff to only View applications that are relevant to them– Solution must allow hybrid (both paper & online) submission of student bursary application– Solution must allow Education department staff to generate reports on student registration progress, bursary approvals, payments received, interactions and support history.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 31, 2025.
