The government of Yukon is seeking a vendor to provide a replacement for its current AIS system, along with a comprehensive citizen relationship management tool. This initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, and system integration across Yukon agencies while supporting future technological growth.

The required solution must facilitate dynamic custom report generation based on user-defined criteria. Additionally, the system should support hybrid submission of application forms, accommodating both paper and online formats, including student bursary applications. Agency staff should be able to access only those applications relevant to their roles, ensuring secure and relevant information sharing. For the Education department, the tool must also enable reporting on student registration progress, bursary approvals, payments, as well as tracking interactions and support history.

Vendors are advised that any questions regarding the requirements must be submitted by October 31, 2025.
