(1) Vendor needs to provide airport wayfinding consulting services. – Agency is seeking information relating to wayfinding strategies. – Wayfinding is absolutely critical for the customer experience at the airport. – Consultant will understand and provide the agency wayfinding consulting services as well as how to approach airports on their individuality from the rest of the industry. – Agency is looking to determine whether to proceed with a comprehensive review and assessment of all roadway signage and wayfinding in and around the terminals that incorporates the entire agency campus. – Agency is seeking information from the successful Respondent relating to: • Solution Capabilities – Digital and Mobile. – Color and size coordination. – Interactive Tools. – Accessibility. • Implementation – Implementation process – a high-level overview of typical implementation process and timeline for a large airport. – Maintenance and support – Approach to ongoing maintenance, support. – Cost examples – Offer preliminary pricing information or models to help estimate costs. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
