California airport projects are seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive strategic communications and outreach services. The selected provider will be responsible for preparing a range of professional materials, including fact sheets, FAQs, microsite and web content, presentations, press releases, social media content, as well as providing visual communications support through presentations, exhibits, renderings, and infographics. These services are intended to facilitate clear communication of complex projects to elected officials, stakeholders, and members of the public.
Responsibilities will also include developing and maintaining project-specific microsites or digital platforms for sharing information, collecting public feedback, and providing timely updates. The vendor will support leadership in preparing briefing packets, talking points, and memos to assist with engagement at the local, state, and federal level. Additional tasks include monitoring relevant legislation and funding opportunities, advising on strategic communications to advance airport priorities, and delivering media relations support through message development, strategy, and training.
Crisis communications, rapid-response support for high-profile issues, community relations, stakeholder outreach, and public meeting preparation are also within the scope of work. The vendor will be expected to prepare reports documenting outreach activities, media coverage, and recommendations to enhance future communications efforts. The anticipated contract period is three years.
