The requirements include a modern, modular Airport Operational Database (AODB) capable of supporting real-time flight operations, providing airline data feed capabilities, and integrating with relevant sources of flight-related data. The system should also offer Common Use Passenger Processing Systems (CUPPS) that comply with the latest CUPPS standards.

Additionally, the solution must feature aeronautical billing and revenue calculation, with a high degree of reconciliation accuracy and interfaces for integrating flight and fleet/aircraft data sources.
