(1) Vendor needs to provide airport maintenance facility design–build services to the government authority located in St. Cloud, MN. – Provide complete design, engineering, estimating, scheduling, construction management, and energy efficiency services necessary to arrive upon a guaranteed maximum price, including associated deliverables, for incorporation into an amendment covering phases 2 and 3. – The aircraft maintenance hangar will need to support aircraft maintenance, one classroom with 24 students, restroom facilities, faculty offices and storage. – A parking lot shall be provided to support the new facility. – The facility shall be supported by a truss system or similar system of structural support. – Provide code required electrical, HVAC, sprinkler, fire alarm, and similar systems. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2025. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 18, 2025.
