(1) Vendor needs to provide airport engineering services to the government authority located in Leadville, CO. – Provide airport planning, environmental planning, and engineering services. – Construct hangars and associated site improvements – Planning services to include CIP planning – Runway, taxiway and apron pavement maintenance and marking – Access road and parking lot pavement maintenance and marking – Construct new and expand existing aircraft parking aprons – Construct taxiways and taxi lanes – Maintain existing airport facilities including buildings, fencing and utilities – Construct airport infrastructure including water, sewer, utilities, access roads, and fencing – Aviation fuel system modification and expansion – Environmental services (2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 3, 2026.
