Runway, taxiway, taxi lane, and apron construction, reconstruction, and rehabilitation. 2. Pavement Maintenance, 3. Airport access road construction and utilities, 4. Lighting, signing, and upgrades, 5. Hangar development layout, 6. Perimeter fencing and access gates, 7. Environmental documentation and studies, 8. Incidental airfield planning related work. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.
