A government authority in Clarendon, SC, is seeking qualified firms to provide airport engineering and consulting services. The scope of work includes comprehensive aviation planning, environmental analysis, and assistance with land acquisition. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering both preliminary and final design services, preparing cost estimates, managing the bidding process, and overseeing construction administration.

Additional responsibilities include providing technical assistance and advice related to all project activities, as well as managing or subcontracting specialized services such as surveying, geotechnical investigations, environmental studies, resident project representation, and quality assurance testing.
