The selected vendor will be responsible for managing the airport advertising concession program, providing creative and innovative solutions for the design, construction, sales, installation, operation, maintenance, and servicing of various advertising mediums both within and around passenger terminals. These mediums include in-terminal advertising such as traditional tension fabric displays, digital monitors, LED boards, and advertising on flight information displays located throughout Terminals 1 and 2, including baggage claim.
In addition to indoor placements, the program involves outdoor advertising opportunities, such as light pole banners, exterior wall wraps, hanging banners, and advertising within parking lots and bus shelters. The advertising program also includes placements in parking garages such as banners, wall wraps, LED signage, static floor displays, and column wraps. The Authority is open to innovative concepts for sponsorships and naming rights to maximize revenue for airport services, facilities, venues, and infrastructure, encouraging proposers to suggest creative revenue-generating opportunities.
The vendor will be expected to develop annual sales budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the Authority, including the formulation of pricing strategies and considerations of market trends. Additionally, the successful proposer will be required to implement effective promotion and marketing strategies to attract advertisers and optimize revenue outcomes.

• Experience in airport or large venue advertising management
• Strong creative and operational capabilities for ad placements
• Proven track record in developing sponsorship and naming rights programs
• Ability to deliver strategic sales, marketing, and revenue optimization
• Familiarity with North Carolina market regulations
