The contracting authority seeks a vendor to provide an integrated aircraft carrier readiness support system. The goal is to align readiness reporting processes and systems, enabling a capabilities-based approach that is mission-essential and optimizes reporting for managing and executing national military strategies.

The work includes developing and implementing fleet data and analytics policies, governance, requirements, training, programs, and partnerships. These systems will maximize fleet readiness understanding and improve decision-making processes. Required services also cover integrated planning for modernization and repair work packages, development of Life Cycle Maintenance Plans (LCMP), and design review and guidance for Ship Change Documents (SCDs).

Ongoing support for Fleet modernization programs, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) ship checks and updates, and updating and maintaining the Life Cycle Resource Systems (LCRS) database (excluding analysis or diagnostics related to nuclear-powered aircraft carriers) is included.

Best-fit vendors:

• Experience in military or naval fleet readiness and support systems

• Expertise in data analytics and lifecycle maintenance planning

• Demonstrated understanding of modernization and logistics support for military vessels

• Proven track record with government or defense-related contracts
