(1) Vendor needs to provide air show event traffic, parking management and ticketing agent services.– Provide comprehensive ticketing, parking, traffic management, and logistics.– Provide a minimum of five event managers to be on–site – Parking and logistics services are required for all three days.– Personally train all volunteers required to staff traffic control points and all parking areas for both inbound and outbound traffic. – Provide a ticketing portal website to be incorporated into the official website.– The portal must offer a clear method for customers to register for a free base pass required for entry. – The system must deliver a digital pass to attendees that can be easily printed for presentation at entry points.– The system must support multiple pass types, including free general admission parking passes, premium parking passes, and handicapped parking passes.– The system must also accommodate the creation and distribution of distinct passes for Airshow staff, volunteers, and concessionaires, which should be color–coded or otherwise marked to correspond with their designated parking areas – e.g. “Staff Parking“. – Provide a customer support interface via email or chat.– Provide email and text campaigns leading up to and during the event to educate and remind ticket holders of airshow details, including dates/times, gate directions, prohibited items, and day–of changes due to weather.– Maintain all rights to the database and collected information.
