The selected vendor will oversee all aspects of event logistics related to parking and traffic for the duration of the three-day event, including the provision of a minimum of five on-site event managers. Responsibilities also include the training of all volunteers who will staff traffic control points and parking areas for both inbound and outbound traffic.

The vendor will be required to supply a ticketing portal website integrated with the official event website. This portal must facilitate attendee registration for a free base pass and deliver digital passes that are easily printable for entry. The system must support multiple pass types, such as general admission, premium, handicapped parking, and provide color-coded or specially marked passes for staff, volunteers, and concessionaires, enabling clear designation of parking areas. Additionally, the vendor will offer customer support via email or chat and coordinate email and text campaigns before and during the event to keep attendees informed about event details, gate directions, prohibited items, and day-of-event changes. All data collected through the ticketing process will remain with the event organizer.
