DESCRIPTION
The vendor will provide an AIDS Intervention Management System and related services to support quality of care reviews, program evaluations, focused clinical studies, and quality improvement activities for health-related services.
The contractor will collaborate with the department and the AIMS program through timely communication, including biweekly email coordination and at least monthly in-person and virtual meetings. Responsibilities include assessing representative samples, ensuring the quality and timeliness of review findings and deliverables, and providing summary documents and raw data in accordance with department-approved methods and timelines.
The contractor will be responsible for accurately conveying complete review findings and securely maintaining Medicaid data in compliance with state and federal law. Quality assurance and improvement activities will be required throughout each review process, including tool development, evaluator training, chart reviews, data analysis, and data reporting.
