(1) Vendor needs to provide AI powered plan review and building permit code compliance solution – Provide software that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to assist with plan review and building permit code compliance• Technical and Functional Requirements – Support for universal file uploads– Ability to ingest, categorize, and check for missing documents or information prior to formal agency staff review– Ability to automatically check submitted plans against relevant codes for compliance issues– Ability to visually highlight where a deficiency is located on the plans and show the correct code requirement– Ability to provide “at a glance” status of a review– Ability to allow users to jump directly to relevant sections of the plans or forms without extensive searching or scrolling– Ability to automatically perform code–based calculations for capacities, loads, dimensions, and other relevant metrics– Ability to track progress of code compliance corrections / review status for projects under review(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2025(3) The contract period will be for one year.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 21, 2025
