(1) Vendor needs to provide AI parking system. – The system must be able to track vehicles entering and leaving using license plate data, accept payment for parking using digital means and enforce and collect enforcement payments for violators. – Installation and maintenance of a turnkey, camera–based smart parking Vision AI live parking intelligence solution that is scalable, cost–effective to operate, and will provide real–time visibility into parking space data on a 24/7 basis. – Required operating network components including edge AI processing device(s), LTE WAN device(s), Wi–Fi network equipment, PoE switches, and Wi–Fi extenders (as needed by site/location) to ensure accuracy and reliability of data. – Open API interface to connect and integrate existing 3rd party partner vendor permit, payment, and enforcement solutions. – 24/7–365 parking management personnel shall have access to the awardees technical support system team. – Provide onboarding and training for the admin dashboard and reporting software as needed through the lifetime of the system. – Real–time data from live camera streams, segmented by location in all monitored lots, that will include parking occupancy, duration, and real–time violation information. – Optional integration with digital signage solutions that offer real–time parking availability information. – Optional mobile application or web–based code for real–time availability and wayfinding. – Responsive administrative portal that allows for administrators to perform quick administrative checks while on the field and in the parking lot. – Access to historical data is always available through CSV download or API access. – Ability to integrate with third–party software via APIs. – API access is included for data that can be displayed on the dashboard. – Web–based code showing real–time availability that can be integrated into customer website. – Mobile app available in both the App Store and Google Play for end users. – Parking violati
