Texas is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive, turnkey AI-based parking system featuring real-time monitoring, digital payments, enforcement, and integration capabilities. The solution must utilize camera-based Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) to track vehicles as they enter and exit parking areas, support digital payment processing for parking fees, and manage enforcement and collection of payments from violators.
The selected system should include all necessary hardware and network components, such as edge AI processing devices, LTE WAN devices, Wi-Fi equipment, PoE switches, and Wi-Fi extenders, to ensure high accuracy and reliability in data capture and reporting. The system must offer an open API for seamless integration with existing partner permit, payment, and enforcement platforms. It should provide real-time data and analytics on parking occupancy, duration, and violations, segmented by location and accessible through an administrative dashboard.
Additional requirements include 24/7 technical support for parking management staff, lifetime onboarding and training for administrative tools, and options for integrating with digital signage. Solutions should also feature a mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms and provide web-based tools for real-time parking availability and wayfinding. Administrators should have access to both live and historical data via download or API, with a responsive portal for field operations and real-time integration of dashboard data into customer-facing websites.
