(1) Vendor needs to provide AI enabled mobility intelligence platform. – AI–enabled Mobility Intelligence Platform to modernize parking and transportation operations, integrate LPR and campus systems, and deliver secure, data–driven mobility management. – The platform shall provide open, documented application programming interfaces (APIs) to support bidirectional integration and third–party systems, including but not limited to enterprise resource planning systems (Panthersoft), campus security platforms, authorized motor vehicle data sources, payment and mobility services, and external analytics or artificial intelligence platforms. – Such information shall be accessible through user–friendly dashboards and analytical interfaces and shall support robust search and retrieval using multiple identifiers, including license plate information, subject to applicable security and privacy requirements. – Parking permits shall be treated as one access mechanism and one data input within a broader, interconnected mobility framework, rather than as the primary organizing function of the system. – Enhancing operational efficiency and situational awareness through AI–assisted insights. (2) The contract period will be for three years.
