(1) Vendor needs to provide AI enabled HR and benefits navigation platform.– Solution which is an AI–enabled HR and benefits navigation platform that empowers employees to understand, access, and maximize their health and wellness benefits.– Solution shall operate within the agency’s HR and IT governance frameworks, integrating with existing systems while reducing administrative burden and enhancing employee experience.– Solution shall provide an AI assistant that provides instant answers, with escalation to live HR or vendor support.– Solution shall ensure that HR can send agency–wide announcements or personalized Reminders.– Digital Benefits Hub that provides a secure repository for insurance cards, plan documents, and employee handbooks.– Provide desktop and mobile access for all employees ensuring employees have access to benefits information anytime, anywhere.– Provide a closed–model AI system, proprietary and be able to confirm its inability to provide direct access outside of the model.– Integrate telehealth options to provide direct access to in–network telehealth providers, reduce unnecessary visits and costs and improve care access.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
