Vendor needs to provide AI chatbot solution.– Design and implement an AI chatbot solution that will be seamlessly integrated with the current website to modernize digital services, optimize the taxpayer experience, and align with the organization’s goals for secure, efficient, and user–focused engagement.– Develop system architecture, knowledge design, and security framework.– Create UX/UI for agency website.– Provide a Natural Language powered Intelligent Agent for taxpayers– Support integration with internal systems through APIs.– Confirm and document functional, security, and performance requirements.– Must be able to support omni–channels (live chat, call, text, email, mobile app, etc.) for assistance.– Produce IT and End user manuals– Provide IT and end–user training sessions– WCAG2.1 Level AA compliant interface for ADA accessibility.– Mobile responsiveness for all features– Provide dashboards and reports to support continues improvement and oversight.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026.
