The selected vendor will be responsible for the creation of a monthly electronic newsletter, including drafting content and gathering information about community education events supported by the agency's aging and disability resource center, area agency on aging, subrecipients, and other governmental and non-profit organizations serving persons with disabilities and family caregivers.

The scope of work includes managing the newsletter distribution list, such as removing emails that bounce back and adding new recipients as requested by individuals or the agency. The vendor will also collect and consolidate information regarding programs sponsored by the relevant agencies and partners focused on supporting persons with disabilities and their family caregivers.
