The solution should offer customizable templates, support for large file attachments, and compatibility with Microsoft Office and PDF formats. The software must facilitate the migration of existing data from the agency’s current system, ensuring a seamless transition of past agendas and minutes. Training for staff and administrators is required as part of the implementation process. Additionally, the platform must support 13 boards and commissions, allowing for multilingual publication of agendas and minutes, as well as public-facing display of board and commission member names.
