A government agency in Utah seeks proposals for the provision of agenda and minutes software. Interested vendors must submit a comprehensive high-level narrative describing the core functionalities and distinguishing features of their software system. The proposal should include a detailed project timeline with an accompanying work plan and graphical view of all tasks required for project completion. The agency requires data on the average tenure of account managers assigned to support clients.
Proposers must explain their software development lifecycle, with particular attention to how customizations and modifications are handled, pre-release testing processes, ongoing maintenance, and secure coding protocols. Vendors should also provide information on the tools they use for project management, environment management, and data migration. Further, a narrative description of the system’s API approach and protocols for cybersecurity incident response, code management, and overall software maintenance and support services must be provided. The contract is for a five-year period. All questions from vendors must be submitted by June 18, 2026.
