(1) Vendor needs to provide agency rebrand services.– Provide professional branding and communication services in support of and agency–wide rebrand.– Rebranding effort will modernize the agency’s visual identity, messaging, and customer–facing materials to better reflect its mission, vision, and community priorities.– Develop a refreshed, modern, and cohesive brand identity– New brand will serve as the foundation for all agency communications and marketing initiatives, support agency mission and vision, improve customer experience, and strengthen public perception.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 26, 2025.
