Vendor needs to provide age friendly community strategy development service. • Develop a comprehensive Age–Friendly Community Strategy for 2027–2031 • Translate community input and research • Strengthen cross–sector collaboration and stakeholder ownership of the Age–Friendly agenda. • Provide an implementation and evaluation framework to support progress tracking, accountability, and continuous improvement over the 4–year period. • Review and Synthesis – Review all existing Age–Friendly materials – Identify key themes, gaps, and opportunities within the current work. • Stakeholder Engagement – Design and facilitate a stakeholder engagement process – Ensure engagement reflects the agency Age–Friendly domains and emphasizes inclusion, accessibility, and lived experience. • Strategy Development (2027–2031) – Develop a 4–year strategy • Implementation and Evaluation Framework.
