The contractor must be able to mobilize and arrive on-site within 60 minutes of any emergency service request. Services are required between 7:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. throughout the week, including possible full days on statutory holidays. Adequate staffing is required for uninterrupted after-hours support. The contractor will provide emergency sewer line clearing, backup investigations, root cause diagnostics, and video inspection support upon request.
