(1) Vendor needs to provide affordable housing search engine and inventory data system. – Ingesting data and corrections and sustainable workflows to ensure ongoing updates and data accuracy. – Data sources may include data already possessed by the vendor, information submitted by or collected from owners and property managers, and information provided. – The framework must support batch and real–time or near real–time updates, be built on industry–standard API approaches, and include comprehensive documentation. – An approach for analytics, uptime monitoring, content updates, and platform management. – A plan for integrating validated listing data into the tool in real time or near real time. – A proposed technical architecture for data exchange, including a description of how the exchange will use APIs, data standards, and security protocols to enable batch and real–time or near–real–time updates. – To design, develop, and maintain a publicly accessible, database of privately–owned affordable housing, where housing owners can list their available units and the public can search for housing opportunities – A comprehensive database of affordable housing that includes the following data elements: • Data source and last updated date. • Data quality metrics, as described above and approved. • Photos of properties and units.
