Vendor needs to provide Consultant to assist in the development of an Aerospace and Defence Investment Strategy, along with a multi–year implementation action plan, which continues to build upon local assets and initiatives in order to enhance our capabilities and effectiveness. This strategy will function as a detailed action plan to attract domestic and foreign investment, create high–quality jobs, support innovation and commercialization, and develop a skilled and future‑ready talent pipeline. The strategy will: Establish a clear long–term vision and priorities for aerospace and defence sector development across agency; Identify opportunities to attract high‑value investment and generate high‑quality employment; Position agency as a catalyst for innovation, industry growth, and cluster development; Strengthen regional competitiveness by aligning with national and provincial aerospace and defence priorities; Support the retention, expansion, and attraction of businesses across land, naval, aerospace, and joint forces markets; Enhance partnerships with academia, industry, government, and innovation networks. Marketing, Branding, and Investment Outreach: Propose branding and messaging to position agency as premier aerospace and defence investment destinations; Recommend tools for investment attraction, including investor information packages, trade missions and events, national and international outreach strategies, and digital marketing and sector promotion approaches.
