This Request for Information seeks input from vendors capable of providing a comprehensive global Aeronautical Navigation (AN) solution designed to support safe and efficient flight, navigation, and mission planning operations worldwide. The desired solution must include a Communications, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management certified aeronautical database, Flight Information Publications (FLIP), an Electronic Flight Bags (EFB) software application suite, and worldwide flight planning tools.

All components should deliver complete and accurate data for aircrews, mission planners, and associated staff, ensuring operational access to both domestic and international airspace and airfields. The architecture must enable multi-agency enterprise deployment with proven scalability for a broad user base. Additionally, the solution should include ongoing software security updates, maintenance, certification, and the reliable distribution of all products.
