The vendor is sought to provide aerial drone light show services, including creative design for choreographed drone performances tailored to the event, venue, and provided thematic requirements. The contractor will be responsible for developing unique concepts, designing thematic drone formations, and executing synchronized aerial shows suitable for large-scale outdoor venues such as stadiums.

Services must incorporate conceptual development, thematic design, choreographed formations and transitions, and the integration of event branding, logos, symbols, or approved messaging. Vendors should preferably have operations based in the Austin area to support onsite consultations and execution. The contractor must deploy a fleet of at least 400 drones capable of simultaneous performance, possess graphic design capabilities, and provide proposed flight paths and formations as part of the service delivery.
