(1) Vendor needs to provide aerial application system. – This software will also graphically display the flight path, application switch status, air speed, date, time, positional GPS coordinates, meteorological variables, and drift–prediction data for each application. – Provide aerial larvicide and ultra–low volume applications, assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of such aerial applications, and provide post–application support for the purpose of mosquito abatement. – Through the use of relevant flight–recording software, Vendor shall have the ability to produce a digital geographic information system (“GIS”) map capable of “replaying” the aerial mission as it was flown. – The ability to monitor application–system pressure by a pressure gauge installed in the boom system within easy view of the pilot or by observing a digital display in the cockpit. – Real–time via a weather–monitoring system meteorological conditions at release height into the aircraft, specifically: temperature; wind speed; wind direction; and humidity. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
