A university in Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive advertising and related communications services to support its undergraduate recruitment initiatives. The selected firm will be responsible for strategic planning, media strategy, media buying and placement, performance analysis, and ensuring effective coordination across multiple advertising channels and platforms.
