The state of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive advertising, marketing, media, and related product services under a one-year contract. The scope includes creating and placing advertising across a range of platforms, such as billboards, cinema, digital media, online outlets, magazines, newspapers, radio, social media, tabloids, television, and websites.

Services will involve the development and implementation of marketing and public relations strategies that promote brand awareness, communicate key messaging, and enhance outreach efforts. The selected vendor will be responsible for all graphic elements—including vectors, video graphics, animation, and still graphics—as well as the generation and management of digital assets. Digital asset production encompasses photography, logos, illustrations, animations, audiovisual media, presentations, spreadsheets, word documents, electronic communications, websites, and associated metadata.

Vendors are encouraged to propose robust strategies for increasing public awareness and strengthening the client’s brand positioning within this contract period.
