Vendor needs to provide advertising, marketing, content creation and event planning services. The Vendor will develop for review and approval by agency a written Campaign Plan that will detail the activities to be conducted by the Vendor in furtherance of this campaign as well as related timelines and Vendor staff working on such activities. Using existing designs from previous marketing campaigns, the Vendor will develop a new creative campaign concept with a similar look and feel within the allocated budget. The Campaign Plan will also include the deliverables and applicable milestones/dates. Campaign proposals should include messaging with a strong visual branding that emphasizes a message. The Vendor will develop marketing materials in English in an understandable and campaign appropriate manner considering the target audience and as directed and approved. • Develop a campaign concept • Create campaign assets • Implement online ad campaign • Present a midway and final campaign report
