An agency in California is seeking to engage an experienced advertising firm to manage and enhance airport advertising opportunities within the Inland Empire region. The selected firm will be responsible for identifying creative and innovative display options designed to appeal to a diverse customer base while promoting a positive customer experience that reflects the local community. The scope of work includes optimizing financial returns for the agency and increasing opportunities for participation by local, small, and disadvantaged businesses.
Responsibilities include conducting market analyses to determine appropriate target audiences and advertisers, establishing display-specific advertising rates, and coordinating advertising campaigns that extend across the airport and align with local or regional events. The firm will oversee both digital and traditional advertising opportunities, including managing time allocations on digital displays throughout the facility.
Design deliverables will require renderings of proposed displays, with comprehensive details such as display dimensions, color schemes, sample graphics, and the number and placement of advertising assets. A detailed floor plan indicating location, size, and technical requirements—such as power and data—for each display must be provided. The selected vendor will also develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract local, regional, and national advertisers and outline the metrics used to evaluate the success of the advertising program and individual displays. Relevant experience in implementing airport promotions should be highlighted as part of the proposal process.
A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for February 24, 2026, to provide interested firms with additional information regarding this opportunity.
